Once we have recieved the contact information from you
we can begin our development process which will start by the completion of
the Get Started Now Form. This form helps
us determine what kind of project we will be handling for you and lets us give
an estimate for pricing.
We will gather as much information about the project
as we can for our development and design. For example, we will collect images,
text, and any other content or instructions for the project.
At this point we will know what the project is going to involve
so we will be able to give you an estimated date that the project will be available
for you to view so that you can provide comments and changes.
We can now begin designing and developing your site. You will
be asked at various stages of the project to provide input on teh design and details, and asked your
opinions on the progress of the site.
When development and design are completed and there is an agreement that it is
time to put your site out for everyone to see, we will agree on a date for your site to
Go live. When the final payment is recieved your site will be turn on and be abvailable
for everyone to see.
30 days after your site has gone into the live
environment we will preform minor changes and updates to your site upon your request.
At this point the 30 day Post Go live Maintance window is up
and there will be a charge for updates and changes to your site. The maintance charges
are better explained in the pricing section.
